What equipment will I need for mma striking and kickboxing?

Accepted Answer

For MMA striking, we recommend 16 oz gloves, hand wraps and MMA sparring gloves 7-8oz . For kickboxing, we recommend 14 to 16 oz gloves and shin guards for sparring and 10oz/12oz for bag work and drills.
