If you wish to be an active fighter on the fight team, we expect the following from you:

 

1. Dedication and Commitment: Being an active fighter requires a high level of dedication and commitment. We expect you to prioritize training, attend regular practice sessions, and consistently work on improving your skills.

 

2. Discipline: As a fighter, discipline is crucial. You should adhere to training schedules, follow instructions from coaches, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and show self-control both inside and outside the ring.

 

3. Physical Fitness: Fighting requires a certain level of physical fitness. We expect you to maintain good overall fitness, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. Regular workouts, conditioning exercises, and proper nutrition are essential.

 

4. Technical Skills: Developing and improving your fighting skills is essential to be an active fighter on the team. We expect you to consistently work on enhancing your technique, learn new tactics, and adapt to different fighting styles.

If you are interested in fighting in Mixed martial arts:
